  • Casey Schwab

    CEO + Founding Partner

    As CEO and Founding Partner of Altius Sports Partners, Casey is the founding member, responsible for the oversight of the company.

    Prior to founding Altius Sports Partners, Casey was the vice president of business & legal affairs at the NFL Players Association, helping lead the NIL program for all NFL players. He began his career in sports media at NFL Media and FOX Sports and has taught at both USC and Howard law schools.

  • Courtney Brunious

    Chief Operating Officer

    As Chief Operating Officer of Altius Sports Partners, Courtney leads, manages and directs all day-to-day operations and is responsible for the company’s strategic growth, oversight of staff, fiscal management, current client relationships, business development, and promotion of ASP’s mission and values.

    Courtney joins the Altius team after teaching as a full-time faculty member at the USC Marshall School of Business, where he was also the Associate Director of the USC Marshall Sports Business Institute.

  • Andrew Donovan

    EVP, Collegiate Partnerships

    As Executive Vice President, Collegiate Partnerships, Andrew oversees business development and relationships with universities while also providing guidance to athletics departments in building customized NIL programs addressing rule changes, compliance support, institutional policy, new opportunities, and educational programming.

    Andrew comes to Altius after serving as Senior Associate Athletics Director for Regulatory Affairs at the University of Tennessee where he was responsible for overseeing all areas of a comprehensive compliance program for the university’s 20 intercollegiate athletics teams and served as sport administrator for seven of the Volunteers’ sport programs. He has been a member of the National Association for Athletics Compliance (NAAC) for more than a decade, most recently having served as NAAC President during the 2020-21 academic year. Prior to his arrival at Tennessee, Andrew held a similar leadership role in the athletics department at Marshall University and taught in the school’s undergraduate and graduate sports management programs. He previously served as the Director of Compliance/Education and Communications at LSU.

  • Brittney Whiteside

    VP, Collegiate Partnerships

    As Vice President, Collegiate Partnerships, Brittney oversees the on-campus GM program while also developing and delivering innovative opportunities for continued engagement with Altius school partners. Additionally, she focuses on programs serving the needs of the broad and diverse scope of athletics programs navigating the collegiate landscape.

    Brittney comes to Altius after serving as Deputy Athletics Director/SWA at the University of Virginia where she was a member of the department’s executive leadership team overseeing external operations, strategic advancement, Title IX, gender equity, and served as sport administrator for four of the Cavaliers’ programs. Prior to UVA, she served as Senior Associate Athletics Director/SWA at Appalachian State University, Director of External Engagement at the University of Missouri, and Special Assistant to the Athletics Director at her alma mater Wright State University. She was a Division I women’s basketball student-athlete that went on to play professionally in Germany. Brittney also currently serves on the Wright State University Board of Trustees. 

  • Kim DeCarolis

    VP, Athlete Partnerships

    As Vice President, Athlete Partnerships, Kim oversees Altius’ commercial partnerships on a national level while supporting the GM program efforts in shaping athlete-driven business NIL opportunities.  

    Kim comes to Altius after serving as the Director of Athlete Relations for Hall of Fame Resort and Entertainment, the for-profit venture of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, where she oversaw the negotiation and integration of athletes into new media opportunities. Prior to her time with HOF Resort & Entertainment, Kim spent over a decade in the agency space as a marketing agent for professional athletes and talent agent for sports media personalities. With a primary focus on athlete branding, Kim has negotiated sponsorship and endorsement opportunities with local, regional, and national brands. Kim is an Atlanta native and a graduate of The University of Georgia.

  • Celine Mangan

    Director, Client and Business Strategy

    As Director, Client and Business Strategy, Celine integrates ASP’s various service offerings by managing the client services team’s account executives and coordinators and supporting and training GM Program personnel to ensure effective and comprehensive internal and external communication.

    ​Prior to Altius, Celine was the Director of Advancement and Engagement at Women Leaders in College Sports, working with sport executives and leading all membership touchpoints, stewardship, and experience. She worked hands-on with member development, connecting members, and enhancing leadership opportunities within Women Leaders. She began her career at Western Illinois University in College Athlete Development and Academics, overseeing football, men’s and women’s basketball, and track and field while assisting all sports. Celine also oversaw both S.A.A.C. and W.E. (Women Empowering), the group for female college athletes.

  • Rahman Anjorin

    Senior Account Executive

    As Senior Account Executive for Altius Sports Partners, Rahman oversees client relationships, serves in an advisory capacity in the evolving landscape, and grows stakeholder engagement to deliver the full client experience.  

    Rahman joins Altius having previously served as a Player Manager with the NFL Players Association where he curated and administered emerging off-the-field programming for the league’s active players; most specifically around continuing education, career development, financial literacy, and early career onboarding. Before joining the NFLPA, Rahman championed athlete development with multi-year stints at both the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and the Kansas City Chiefs. While with the Chiefs, Rahman was an integral part in setting league-wide player engagement benchmarks with having players participate in both academic and experiential learning opportunities each off-season. Rahman also currently serves as an adjunct professor with the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and as an advisory board member for Georgia Southern University’s sports management program and Waters College.

  • Carly Tower

    Account Executive

    As Account Executive for Altius Sports Partners, Carly serves as a day-to-day contact for client relationships, delivering the full client experience and maintaining and growing engagement with clients.

    She is a former Division I athlete from Dartmouth College, where she served as team captain for the women’s volleyball team and was named Academic All-Ivy League in 2019. Carly also spent time at the NFLPA working as a Former Player Services intern, with the Orlando Magic as a Legendary Guest Services Representative, and in the Dartmouth Athletics fundraising and external relations departments.

  • Erin Holland

    Account Executive

    As Account Executive for Altius Sports Partners, Erin serves as a day-to-day contact for client relationships, delivering the full client experience and maintaining and growing engagement with clients. 

    Prior to Altius, Erin worked as a Logistics Consultant at Axle Logistics where she managed a portfolio of clients to oversee the full lifecycle of shipments and optimize supply chain efficiencies in various markets. Erin spent most of her career at the University of Tennessee where she served as the Coordinator for Student-Athlete Development. In this role, she supported 500+ student-athletes in the areas of career and professional development, community outreach, personal enhancement, and leadership development while advising the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). Erin is a former Division I women’s soccer student-athlete who competed for Marquette University.

  • Caroline Baldwin

    Client Services Coordinator

    As Client Services Coordinator, Caroline provides organizational support to the ASP team and works hands-on with client services and business development efforts.  

    Caroline joins Altius from Spotlight Analyst Relations where she was a Client Partner. In this role, she worked hands-on with technology vendors in developing the program strategy, maintaining the day-to-day responsibilities, and fostering the client relationship. She is a former Division I swimmer from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she served as two-time team captain, earned ACC Academic Honor Roll honors, and was named a 12x All-American.

  • Kendall Johnson Jr.

    Client Services Coordinator

    As Client Services Coordinator, Kendall provides organizational support to the ASP team and works hands-on with client services and business development efforts.

    Kendall joins Altius from Bleav Podcast Network, where he was the talent intern. In this role, he worked hands-on with professional athletes and media pundits onboarding them to the network. He is also a former D1 football player at the University of Nevada-Reno and the University of Louisiana where he earned Academic All-Mountain West and Sun Belt Conference Academic Honor Roll honors.

  • Sierra Hassel

    Client Services Coordinator

    As Client Services Coordinator, Sierra provides organizational support to the ASP team and works hands-on with client services and business development efforts.  

    Sierra joins Altius from the University of Texas where she was a Development Assistant for the Longhorn Foundation and received her master’s in Sports Management. In this role, she provided customer service support for the Texas donors, lead the athletics campus wide giving day, and assisted with events, game day, and new initiatives. Prior to Texas, she served as a Partnership and Development Intern for Women Leaders in College Sports. She is a former Division I gymnast from the University of Nebraska, where she was named Nebraska Student-Athlete of the Year and the Big Ten Conference’s nominee for NCAA Women of the Year.

  • Kelly Navarro

    Director, Talent Acquisition

    As Director, Talent Acquisition, Kelly is responsible for recruitment and retention of all Altius employees. Working collaboratively with ASP’s external PEO, Kelly serves as the main point of contact for all things people and culture. Kelly comes to Altius with human capital experience in a variety of industries including clinical research, sports & entertainment, as well as renewables manufacturing

    Most recently Kelly was tasked with scaling a clinical research start-up (Circuit Clinical) from 20 to 100+ employees, while developing standardized internal recruitment processes. Previously, Kelly was the Talent Acquisition Manager for Pegula Sports & Entertainment. At PSE, Kelly was responsible for overseeing all talent acquisition activities, while standardizing the internal recruitment process across multiple PSE properties. With an emphasis on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), Kelly will elevate the Altius recruitment brand while helping to build our internal culture. Kelly is a graduate of the University of Miami (FL) and holds a DEIB certification from Cornell University. She currently lives in Buffalo, New York with her son Cole.

  • Marcus Hoffman

    Manager, Operations

    As Manager, Operations, Marcus manages day-to-day operations, analyzes organizational performance, and provides strategic planning for improvements. 

    Marcus comes to Altius with a law degree from the University of Michigan and a finance degree from San Diego State University. With his experience as a transactional attorney and tech startup operator, Marcus evaluates issues from both a legal and business perspective to balance risk and reward and align ASP’s operations with its mission and values.

  • Kelsey Bartlett

    Executive Assistant to the CEO

    As Executive Assistant to the CEO, Kelsey provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer of Altius Sports Partners. 

    Prior to Altius, Kelsey worked at the University of Wisconsin – Madison where she served as the Executive Assistant to the Chair and Coordinator of Faculty Promotions.  Respectively, she managed and supported the administrative, operational, and strategic initiatives of the Chair’s Office and was the department’s advisor and administrator for faculty promotions. Prior to UW-Madison, Kelsey was the Executive Assistant at an independent wealth management firm in Stevens Point, WI. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and also has a background in multimedia design.

  • Madeline Pauley

    Administrative Coordinator

    As Administrative Coordinator, Madeline assists with day-to-day operations and provides internal support to the ASP team. 

    Madeline joins Altius from Baker University where she served as the Senior Admission Counselor and Athletic Liaison. In this role, she cultivated relationships with prospective student-athletes and their families as they navigated the college search process. Prior to Baker, she served as the Coordinator of Internal Operations and Executive Team Support at Women Leaders in College Sports. A former college volleyball student-athlete, Madeline will help elevate the internal efficiency of ASP, keeping the mission and values at the forefront.
