Andrew Donovan has been one of the most influential voices in shaping the future of college athletics. Since joining Altius Sports Partners in 2021, and being elevated to President in September 2025, he has helped guide the industry through its most transformative era, driving new models of collaboration between schools, brands, and athletes.
Before becoming President, Andrew led Altius’ College Division, overseeing partnerships with more than 50 Division I programs, including nearly half of the Power Four. His leadership expanded Altius’ reach into brand partnerships with companies like Verizon and Powerade, positioning the firm at the center of the evolving college sports economy.
As President, Andrew oversees all school business and brand partnerships, steering Altius’ strategy across revenue generation, operational enhancement, stakeholder collaboration, and rule-change initiatives. His vision and leadership have transformed Altius from a fast-growing consultancy into an industry-leading force, reshaping how colleges and brands approach key challenges within the collegiate athletics landscape, including departmental revenue optimization and athlete licensing and NIL engagement.
Prior to joining Altius, Andrew served as Sr. Associate Athletics Director for Regulatory Affairs at Tennessee, where he managed compliance for 20 teams and launched one of the nation’s first NIL education programs. He also held compliance leadership roles at Marshall University and LSU.


Tyler Reichwein has more than 15 years of experience in college sports leadership. He spent 14 years with Learfield, most recently as Vice President of its Amplify division, where he oversaw a nationwide staff of more than 200 and partnered with over 40 college athletic departments and professional organizations on integrated revenue solutions. His leadership at Amplify delivered record-setting results in ticketing, development, premium sales, and data strategy, while also driving new business development across the country.
Earlier in his career, Tyler served as Learfield’s General Manager at the University of Tennessee and Georgia State, where he grew revenues to record levels and was recognized as one of Learfield’s top-performing leaders. He also contributed to Learfield’s University Partnership Group, securing high-profile agreements with institutions including Alabama, Indiana, and Washington.


John Durbin is a sports executive with more than two decades of experience leading commercial strategy, marketing, and revenue growth initiatives. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer for FC Cincinnati, where he guided the club through record-breaking seasons, surpassing revenue goals, strengthening fan engagement, and helping launch MLS Season Pass in one of the league’s top-performing markets.
Before his time in Major League Soccer, John spent eight years with Pegula Sports & Entertainment, rising to Senior Vice President of Marketing & Business Strategy. There, he reshaped business operations for the Buffalo Bills and Sabres, introduced the highest-grossing merchandise campaign in Bills history through a landmark partnership with Bills Mafia, and developed long-term strategies that positioned both organizations for significant revenue growth. He also serves on the advisory board for USL Eugene, supporting the launch of a new men’s soccer club.


Bob Keyser is the Vice President of Client Strategy & Insights at Altius Sports Partners, with over 25 years of experience developing innovative strategies for leading organizations in sports, media, and technology.
Previously, Bob was the Senior Vice President of University Relations and Partnership Development at Pac-12 Networks, where he served as the primary liaison to conference athletic departments. In this role, he provided strategic counsel, managed key relationships, and developed cross-platform strategies to maximize media and sponsorship value. He also oversaw corporate partner fulfillment for brands like AT&T, Chevron, and New York Life and was a member of the Commissioner’s Senior Leadership Team.
Before joining the Pac-12, Bob built his expertise across agency and consulting roles. At Schematic, he led business development, digital strategy, and client services, delivering solutions for global clients like Coca-Cola, NPR, and Dell. He also spearheaded the agency’s sports marketing practice, collaborating with ESPN, Turner Sports, and the PGA Tour on interactive experiences. Earlier, as Vice President of Marketing Strategy at Digitas/Modem Media, he managed accounts such as Delta Airlines and Royal Caribbean. Bob’s career began with a decade in management consulting, including five years at Accenture, and later included leading the interactive marketing division for The Football Network, a start-up focused on 24/7 football coverage.
Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics and an MBA in Technology Innovation from Duke University.


As Executive Director for Athlete Commercial Strategy at The University of Georgia, Kim leads the development and execution of a comprehensive commercial strategy for Bulldog athletes, including all initiatives related to athlete revenue opportunities.
Kim joined Altius Sports Partners in 2022 to launch the ASP Brands division, and most recently served as Senior Vice President where she scaled the division into a leading business unit connecting athletes and brands across the college sports landscape.
Prior to Altius, Kim served as Director of Athlete Relations at Hall of Fame Resort and Entertainment, the for-profit venture of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, where she negotiated and integrated NFL athletes into new media opportunities. She previously spent over a decade in athlete and talent representation, including five years as Vice President of Media & Marketing at Element Sports Group and six years as Vice President of Broadcasters at CSE. With deep expertise in athlete branding, she has negotiated sponsorship and endorsement opportunities across local, regional, and national markets.
An Atlanta native, Kim is a graduate of The University of Georgia.


Terése Whitehead joined Altius Sports Partners from the NFL Players Association (NFLPA), where she served as Vice President of Consumer Products and Strategy. With more than 20 years of experience in sports and entertainment, she has a proven track record in licensing, marketing strategy, branding, and athlete relations. During her eight-year tenure with the NFLPA, she orchestrated substantial global licensing revenue growth for the organization’s for-profit arm, managing a portfolio that generated more than $2.75 billion in sales, and fostering collaborations with businesses leveraging the marketing influence of NFL players. Terése was also instrumental in developing customized programs for the benefit of players and partners, extending the NFLPA’s global footprint.
Prior to her tenure at the NFLPA, Terése served as senior vice president of marketing and brand development at Tandem Sports + Entertainment, where she led strategic marketing efforts for numerous NBA, WNBA, and MLB players including Hall of Famers Grant Hill, Ray Allen, Tim Duncan, and Tamika Catchings as well as current Texas Rangers Executive VP and GM, Chris Young. She also has a background in team marketing, having worked in advertising, branding and promotions for the Atlanta Hawks and Atlanta Thrashers. Terése earned her bachelor’s degree from Michigan and is a frequent speaker at sports business conferences and guest lecturer in sports business classes.


Ron Raccuia brings over three decades of expertise in strategic leadership, revenue development, and business operations across collegiate and professional athletics. Prior to joining Altius, Raccuia served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Buffalo Bills, where he secured a $1.54 billion stadium deal, achieved record-breaking revenue growth, and elevated fan engagement.
Raccuia also held the role of Executive Vice President at Pegula Sports and Entertainment, managing brand strategy and revenue for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio, and founded ADPRO Sports, a leader in sports merchandise, which he grew to $41.6 million in revenue. At Altius, Raccuia advises on major initiatives, focusing on Power 4 programs and helping collegiate athletics leaders address critical challenges and seize emerging opportunities.


A two-time NACDA Athletics Director of the Year (2020 & 2025), Rick Hart served as SMU’s Director of Athletics from 2012 to 2025 and is now the Senior Vice President, Deputy Commissioner at the Pac-12. During his tenure as the CEO of SMU Athletics, Hart transformed the department, guiding the Mustangs into the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) and securing their first College Football Playoff appearance.
During Hart’s time on the Hilltop, with the support of SMU’s President and Board of Trustees, SMU repeatedly demonstrated its commitment to “Shaping Champions” – providing a best-in-class student-athlete experience while competing with integrity at the highest level of college athletics.
Hart’s strategic vision, dubbed “The SMU Advantage,” emphasized comprehensive excellence and operating with values of service, passion, integrity, respect, innovation, and teamwork, aligning athletics with SMU’s bold vision and educational, co-curricular mission. Hart’s legacy includes hiring championship-caliber coaches and elevating SMU to national prominence, cementing his reputation as one of college athletics’ most impactful leaders.
Hart is currently a member of the NACDA Board of Directors, having served as NACDA President in 2022-23, and has previously served on the NACDA Executive Committee, the NCAA Division I Championship/Sports Management Cabinet, the FCS Athletics Directors Association Executive Committee and as a faculty member for the D1-A Athletics Directors’ Institute.
Hart came to SMU after six years as Director of Athletics at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Hart served seven years at Oklahoma and worked in athletics at the University of North Carolina and East Carolina University and has served with the U.S. Olympic Committee.
Hart and his wife, Allison, both graduates of North Carolina, are proud parents of Trevor, a fourth-generation athletics administrator and SMU and Northwestern graduate, and Caroline (Carly), an SMU graduate. Hart’s father, Dave, served as Director of Athletics at Tennessee, Florida State and East Carolina, and his late grandfather, Dave Sr., served in a variety of roles within collegiate athletics including stints as a Coach, Athletics Director and Conference Commissioner.


Gabe Feldman is one of the leading voices in sports law in the United States. He is the Sher Garner Professor of Sports Law and Paul Abram B. Barron Professor of Law at Tulane Law School, where he serves as Director of the Tulane Sports Law Program, Associate Provost for NCAA Compliance, and Co-Director of the Tulane Center for Sport.
A nationally recognized authority on college athletics, Feldman has been at the forefront of legal issues involving name, image, and likeness, NCAA governance, and the evolving business of sports. He is regularly quoted by leading national media outlets, serves as the on-air legal analyst for NFL Network, and hosts SportsWise: A Podcast About Sports and the Law.
Feldman is also a respected scholar and thought leader. He is editor of The Sports Lawyers Journal, director of publications for the Sports Lawyers Association, co-author of Sports Law: Cases and Materials, and has written extensively on key legal issues shaping the sports industry. He serves on the boards of the Sports Lawyers Association and Athletes for Hope, is director of Special Olympics in New Orleans, and has been appointed Reporter for the Uniform Law Commission Study on College Athlete Name, Image, and Likeness.
