Altius Sports Partners (ASP), the leading strategic advisor to elite collegiate athletic programs and top-tier brands, announces the appointment of Brent Swartz as Vice President of ASP Brands. Bringing extensive experience in sports sponsorship and a proven track record of crafting effective brand strategies and campaigns, Swartz will lead ASP Brands in delivering data-driven strategies, tailored solutions, new brand partnerships, and maximum value for clients in the evolving collegiate sports landscape.
With the ASP Brands division, Swartz will oversee brand strategy, sponsorship valuation, activation support, and campaign development. Collaborating with Senior Vice President Kim DeCarolis, he will focus on expanding partnerships and creating new opportunities that benefit universities and their athletes, while continuing ASP’s collaborations with Verizon, Powerade, FedEx, and NBC Sports. He will also work with brands to navigate the complexities of collegiate sports and achieve their business goals.
Most recently, Swartz spent nine years at Wasserman, where he led strategy and consulting for top brands such as PepsiCo, Dunkin’, and CarMax, while also driving AT&T’s efforts in the college sports space. During his tenure, he established himself as a leading expert in college sports and NIL. Prior to Wasserman, Swartz played a pivotal role in negotiating record-breaking deals, including the largest aggregate school athletics partnership of its time between UPS and IMG College, while at Momentum Worldwide.
