Andrew Donovan has been one of the most influential voices in shaping the future of college athletics. Since joining Altius Sports Partners in 2021, and being elevated to President in September 2025, he has helped guide the industry through its most transformative era, driving new models of collaboration between schools, brands, and athletes.

Before becoming President, Andrew led Altius’ College Division, overseeing partnerships with more than 40 Division I programs, including nearly half of the Power Four. His leadership expanded Altius’ reach into brand partnerships with companies like Verizon and Powerade, positioning the firm at the center of the evolving college sports economy.

As President, Andrew oversees all school business and brand partnerships, steering Altius’ strategy across revenue generation, operational enhancement, stakeholder collaboration, and rule-change initiatives. His vision and leadership have transformed Altius from a fast-growing consultancy into an industry-leading force, reshaping how colleges and brands approach key challenges within the collegiate athletics landscape, including departmental revenue optimization and athlete licensing and NIL engagement.

Prior to joining Altius, Andrew served as Sr. Associate Athletics Director for Regulatory Affairs at Tennessee, where he managed compliance for 20 teams and launched one of the nation’s first NIL education programs. He also held compliance leadership roles at Marshall University and LSU.

Tyler Reichwein has more than 15 years of experience in college sports leadership. He spent 14 years with Learfield, most recently as Vice President of its Amplify division, where he oversaw a nationwide staff of more than 200 and partnered with over 40 college athletic departments and professional organizations on integrated revenue solutions. His leadership at Amplify delivered record-setting results in ticketing, development, premium sales, and data strategy, while also driving new business development across the country.

Earlier in his career, Tyler served as Learfield’s General Manager at the University of Tennessee and Georgia State, where he grew revenues to record levels and was recognized as one of Learfield’s top-performing leaders. He also contributed to Learfield’s University Partnership Group, securing high-profile agreements with institutions including Alabama, Indiana, and Washington.

Bob Keyser is the Vice President of Client Strategy & Insights at Altius Sports Partners, with over 25 years of experience developing innovative strategies for leading organizations in sports, media, and technology.

Previously, Bob was the Senior Vice President of University Relations and Partnership Development at Pac-12 Networks, where he served as the primary liaison to conference athletic departments. In this role, he provided strategic counsel, managed key relationships, and developed cross-platform strategies to maximize media and sponsorship value. He also oversaw corporate partner fulfillment for brands like AT&T, Chevron, and New York Life and was a member of the Commissioner’s Senior Leadership Team.

Before joining the Pac-12, Bob built his expertise across agency and consulting roles. At Schematic, he led business development, digital strategy, and client services, delivering solutions for global clients like Coca-Cola, NPR, and Dell. He also spearheaded the agency’s sports marketing practice, collaborating with ESPN, Turner Sports, and the PGA Tour on interactive experiences. Earlier, as Vice President of Marketing Strategy at Digitas/Modem Media, he managed accounts such as Delta Airlines and Royal Caribbean. Bob’s career began with a decade in management consulting, including five years at Accenture, and later included leading the interactive marketing division for The Football Network, a start-up focused on 24/7 football coverage.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics and an MBA in Technology Innovation from Duke University.

Brent joined Altius Sports Partners after a nine-year tenure at Wasserman, where he led sponsorship strategy and consulting for prominent clients including PepsiCo, AT&T, Dunkin’, and CarMax. During this time, he also served as a college sports and NIL expert across the agency.

Prior to Wasserman, Brent worked across the agency and multimedia rights holder landscape. At Momentum, he played a key role in negotiating the largest aggregate school athletics partnership deal in history (at the time) with IMG College on behalf of UPS.

Over his 23-year career, Brent has negotiated and activated partnerships with major organizations such as the NCAA, College Football Playoff, ACC, Big Ten, Pac-12, SEC, and Learfield. He has also collaborated closely with the professional sports world, working with leagues, teams, and talent across the NBA, WNBA, NHL, NWSL, and MLB.

John Durbin is a sports executive with more than two decades of experience leading commercial strategy, marketing, and revenue growth initiatives. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer for FC Cincinnati, where he guided the club through record-breaking seasons, surpassing revenue goals, strengthening fan engagement, and helping launch MLS Season Pass in one of the league’s top-performing markets.

Before his time in Major League Soccer, John spent eight years with Pegula Sports & Entertainment, rising to Senior Vice President of Marketing & Business Strategy. There, he reshaped business operations for the Buffalo Bills and Sabres, introduced the highest-grossing merchandise campaign in Bills history through a landmark partnership with Bills Mafia, and developed long-term strategies that positioned both organizations for significant revenue growth. He also serves on the advisory board for USL Eugene, supporting the launch of a new men’s soccer club.

As Executive Director for Athlete Commercial Strategy at The University of Georgia, Kim leads the development and execution of a comprehensive commercial strategy for Bulldog athletes, including all initiatives related to athlete revenue opportunities.

Kim joined Altius Sports Partners in 2022 to launch the ASP Brands division, and most recently served as Senior Vice President where she scaled the division into a leading business unit connecting athletes and brands across the college sports landscape.

Prior to Altius, Kim served as Director of Athlete Relations at Hall of Fame Resort and Entertainment, the for-profit venture of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, where she negotiated and integrated NFL athletes into new media opportunities. She previously spent over a decade in athlete and talent representation, including five years as Vice President of Media & Marketing at Element Sports Group and six years as Vice President of Broadcasters at CSE. With deep expertise in athlete branding, she has negotiated sponsorship and endorsement opportunities across local, regional, and national markets.

An Atlanta native, Kim is a graduate of The University of Georgia.

As Director in the College division for Altius Sports Partners, Carly serves as a day-to-day contact for client relationships, delivering the full client experience and maintaining and growing engagement with clients.

She is a former Division I athlete from Dartmouth College, where she served as team captain for the women’s volleyball team and was named Academic All-Ivy League in 2019. Carly also spent time at the NFLPA working as a Former Player Services intern, with the Orlando Magic as a Legendary Guest Services Representative, and in the Dartmouth Athletics fundraising and external relations departments.

As Director for the College division at Altius Sports Partners, Caroline serves as a day-to-day contact for client relationships, delivering the full client experience and maintaining and growing engagement with clients.

Caroline joins Altius from Spotlight Analyst Relations where she was a Client Partner. In this role, she worked hands-on with technology vendors in developing the program strategy, maintaining the day-to-day responsibilities, and fostering the client relationship. She is a former Division I swimmer from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she served as two-time team captain, earned ACC Academic Honor Roll honors, and was named a 12x All-American.

As Director for the College division at Altius Sports Partners, Erin serves as a day-to-day contact for client relationships, delivering the full client experience and maintaining and growing engagement with clients. 

Prior to Altius, Erin worked as a Logistics Consultant at Axle Logistics where she managed a portfolio of clients to oversee the full lifecycle of shipments and optimize supply chain efficiencies in various markets. Erin spent most of her career at the University of Tennessee where she served as the Coordinator for Student-Athlete Development. In this role, she supported 500+ student-athletes in the areas of career and professional development, community outreach, personal enhancement, and leadership development while advising the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). Erin is a former Division I women’s soccer student-athlete who competed for Marquette University.

As Director for the College division at Altius Sports Partners, Sierra serves as a day-to-day contact for client relationships, delivering the full client experience and maintaining and growing engagement with clients.

Sierra joins Altius Sports Partners following her most recent role with the Longhorn Foundation, where she supported Texas Athletics’ Annual Fund team by driving donor engagement, philanthropic support, and premium event experiences. Prior to that, she served as a Partnerships and Development Intern at Women Leaders in Sports, contributing to strategic initiatives that advanced equity and leadership opportunities for women in athletics. A former Division I gymnast at the University of Nebraska, Sierra earned her master’s degree in Sport Management from the University of Texas at Austin.

Terése Whitehead joined Altius Sports Partners from the NFL Players Association (NFLPA), where she served as Vice President of Consumer Products and Strategy. With more than 20 years of experience in sports and entertainment, she has a proven track record in licensing, marketing strategy, branding, and athlete relations. During her eight-year tenure with the NFLPA, she orchestrated substantial global licensing revenue growth for the organization’s for-profit arm, managing a portfolio that generated more than $2.75 billion in sales, and fostering collaborations with businesses leveraging the marketing influence of NFL players. Terése was also instrumental in developing customized programs for the benefit of players and partners, extending the NFLPA’s global footprint.

Prior to her tenure at the NFLPA, Terése served as senior vice president of marketing and brand development at Tandem Sports + Entertainment, where she led strategic marketing efforts for numerous NBA, WNBA, and MLB players including Hall of Famers Grant Hill, Ray Allen, Tim Duncan, and Tamika Catchings as well as current Texas Rangers Executive VP and GM, Chris Young. She also has a background in team marketing, having worked in advertising, branding and promotions for the Atlanta Hawks and Atlanta Thrashers. Terése earned her bachelor’s degree from Michigan and is a frequent speaker at sports business conferences and guest lecturer in sports business classes.

Lena joined Altius Sports Partners after serving as Deputy Director for Coastal Sports Collective, the official NIL Collective of Coastal Carolina University. In that role, she focused on implementing NIL opportunities for student-athletes, increasing external stakeholder engagement, and strengthening strategic partnerships through collaboration with the university’s Athletic Foundation and Multimedia Rights Partner.

A former professional golfer on the LPGA Symetra Tour, Lena brings valuable insight into personal brand development, public relations, and marketing for athletes. She is also a former NCAA Division I women’s golf athlete and a Hall of Fame inductee at Coastal Carolina University.

As General Manager at Marquette University, Madison leads efforts to support athletes, coaches, and staff in maximizing their NIL opportunities. She oversees the program’s day-to-day operations and spearheads the implementation of athlete-focused NIL education on marketing, personal branding, and content creation strategies.

Prior to joining Altius Sports Partners, Madison served as Assistant Director of Marquette Mentors, a program designed to pair students with mentors to help them transition after Marquette. Before returning to her alma mater, she was the Coordinator for Illini Way Student-Athlete Development at the University of Illinois. While at Illinois, she developed an NIL educational curriculum that leveraged alumni and campus resources, focusing on brand and strategy development, business innovation and entrepreneurship, and financial literacy, while managing strategic partnerships. She also served as an adjunct professor, teaching a class in Sports Public Relations.

Madison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising from Marquette, where she was a member of the Women’s Soccer team, and later received a Master of Arts in Sports Administration from Ball State University.

Lindsey Jones joined Altius Sports Partners from her position as Co-CEO and Head of Marketing at Goal Five, where she led athlete sponsorships, community initiatives, and brand marketing endeavors. Under her stewardship, she built a roster of over 30 engaged, professional athletes and curated partnerships rooted in impact. A former women’s soccer National Finalist and Captain at Notre Dame, Lindsey continued her career playing at the professional level in both the United States and Australia.

With a background encompassing over five years in collegiate athletics, Lindsey has left her mark as both coach and administrator at institutions such as Pitt, Northwestern, Notre Dame, and Cal. Led by her entrepreneurial spirit, she has founded and spearheaded organizations in the Bay Area for the past 15 years and is excited to bring her business and sports marketing expertise to Stanford University.

Nik Shah joined Altius Sports Partners after nearly five years at Huron Consulting, where he most recently served as a Manager in the firm’s college athletics practice. He brings extensive industry experience, having worked with more than a dozen universities, including Texas, UNC, Washington, and UConn, as well as conference offices such as Mountain West. His work has focused on revenue generation, articulating the value of college athletics, competitive positioning, and establishing minimum standards for conference membership.

At Huron, Nik also served as the firm’s internal NIL subject matter expert. He draws on that national perspective and the best practices he’s observed to help position Tulane for long-term success in the new era of college athletics.

Originally from the Chicagoland area, Nik earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he double majored in Finance/Investment Banking and Marketing.

Erin joined Altius Sports Partners after serving as a Graduate Assistant for the Rice University Women’s Basketball team. In that role, she contributed to game strategy, scouting, and practice planning, led skill development sessions, managed team operations and travel logistics, and mentored student-athletes, while also supervising student managers to ensure smooth daily operations.

Prior to Rice, Erin worked as an Inside Sales Consultant for the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans, where she managed client relationships, created premium experiences for clients, and generated more than $300,000 in ticket sales.

A native of Madison, Wisconsin, Erin earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Sport Management from Florida State University, where she also competed as a member of the Women’s Basketball team.

Olivia Rains joined Altius Sports Partners after building her career in collegiate athletics and athlete development. At the University of Tulsa, she served as Manager of Business Development, where she created innovative sponsorship packages, negotiated multi-year partnerships, and managed corporate relationships that enhanced the fan experience while generating new revenue for the department. Olivia also gained experience at Texas Tech Athletics and FC Tulsa, where she supported compliance, marketing initiatives, and event operations.

Beyond her campus roles, Olivia founded Liv2 Athletics, where she coaches and mentors young softball athletes while managing branding, events, and community programs. A former Division I student-athlete and NCAA National Champion, she brings firsthand knowledge of the opportunities and challenges athletes face today.

At Wisconsin, Olivia specializes in NIL education, student-athlete support, and strategic relationship building, helping Badger athletes maximize opportunities while staying aligned with institutional values and long-term success.

Tyler joined Altius Sports Partners after serving as a Marketing Manager with Trek Bicycle Company where he specialized in partnership activation initiatives, brand development, and marketing strategies for Trek’s nationwide bike share subsidiary, BCycle. During his time with Trek, Tyler established and expanded successful partnerships with universities around the country including the University of Wisconsin, Colorado, and UC Santa Cruz, while also launching a bike share network on Walmart’s corporate campus in Bentonville, Arkansas.

A 2019 Wisconsin graduate, Tyler had the opportunity to work within Wisconsin’s Brand Communications Department as an undergrad, supporting multiple sports including Badger Softball, Women’s Hockey, and Track & Field teams.

Tyler received his BA in Strategic Communications from Wisconsin’s School of Journalism and Mass Communications. He is excited to bring existing relationships and successes from a network of both local and national brands to create more opportunities for Wisconsin’s athletes.
