An Olympic Gold and Silver Medalist, Jessica joined ESPN in 2007 and in 2015, became the first woman to serve as an analyst for nationally-televised MLB games. Prior to her work with ESPN, Mendoza was a field reporter for Yahoo! Sports at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. Mendoza was a four-time first team All-American while playing outfield at Stanford University where she led the team to their first ever Women’s College World Series appearance.

As an Altius Sports Partners Advisor, Kenneth provides thought leadership developed through decades of work as one of the sports business industry’s preeminent voices.

Professor Shropshire is the Senior Advisor to Wharton School Dean Erika James. He is focused on launching and leading the Wharton Coalition on Equity and Opportunity (Wharton CEO). He returned to the University of Pennsylvania as the David W. Hauck Professor Emeritus at the Wharton School and Emeritus Professor of Africana Studies, after launching and leading, as CEO, the Global Sport Institute at Arizona State University where he was also the Adidas Distinguished Professor of Global Sport.

As an Altius Sports Partners Advisor, Renie brings a wealth of experience in partnerships and revenue generation for sports organizations.

Renie currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President, Partnerships at the NFL. Prior to joining the NFL in 2006, she spent nine seasons at the Arena Football League. Renie has garnered numerous accolades throughout her career. She is a Hall of Fame honoree of the Sports Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 award; an Ad Age 40 Under 40 winner; a 2016 WISE Woman of the Year; a Sports Business Journal “Game Changer”; and was named one of “The Most Powerful Women in Sports” by Adweek two years in a row.

As an Altius Sports Partners Advisor, Malcolm brings a wealth of sports business expertise and experience to the company.

His skills include maximizing and creating new business opportunities; building effective and efficient corporate partner relationships; accelerating revenue/operating income growth; fundraising; conceptualizing value-generating solutions; and enhancing cultures and building high performing teams. Malcolm has used these skills in prior roles as Vice Chancellor & Athletics Director, Vanderbilt University and NBA G League President as well as in leadership roles with Wasserman and OnSport.

As an Altius Sports Partners Advisor, Jené provides over two decades of experience as a global sports and entertainment executive.

Jené currently serves as Chief Growth Officer for Athletes First Partners, where she develops and implements growth strategies across international and other non-traditional revenue streams for the agency. Jené has also held executive positions with the NBA, NBC Universal, Comcast, and Fox Sports. In her variety of roles, she has overseen marketing and sales efforts in Europe, Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East.

She is currently a member of the Board of Governors for Stanford University’s Alumni Associates, where she was also an All-American gymnast.

As an Altius Sports Partners Advisor, Michael brings strategic marketing expertise in helping brands, sports, and entertainment rights holders build their respective brands and businesses.

Michael is a Partner in 3 Emerald Marketing, a sports, music & entertainment marketing consulting practice. He also led Visa’s global sponsorship marketing/management business to the pinnacle of the industry, including managing and marketing the Olympic and Paralympic Games, FIFA World Cup, NFL, MLS, and numerous other sports organizations, teams, and athlete endorsements. Michael was tabbed as one of the “100 Most Powerful People in Sports” by The Sporting News.

Tommy joined Altius after spending nearly a decade at Stanford University, where he most recently served as Deputy Athletics Director and Chief of Staff to the Athletics Director. In that role, Tommy navigated the impacts of COVID-19 and NIL reform on the collegiate athletics landscape, while leading the department’s external-facing business units, and overseeing the varsity football, women’s golf, softball, and swimming and diving programs. Prior to Stanford, Tommy worked as a consultant at Deloitte and the Kraft Sports Group (New England Patriots), after earning his degree from Harvard University. His areas of expertise include revenue strategy, strategic planning, multimedia rights and corporate partnerships, trademark use, marketing and sales strategy, digital media strategy, public affairs and relations, and strategic communication. As Chief Executive Officer, Tommy formulates ASP’s business strategy and collaborates across the organization to execute on the company’s vision and goals.

As President, ASP College, Andrew oversees business development and relationships with universities while also providing guidance to athletics departments in building customized NIL programs addressing rule changes, compliance support, institutional policy, new opportunities, and educational programming.

​Andrew comes to Altius after serving as Senior Associate Athletics Director for Regulatory Affairs at the University of Tennessee where he was responsible for overseeing all areas of a comprehensive compliance program for the university’s 20 intercollegiate athletics teams and served as sport administrator for seven of the Volunteers’ sport programs. He has been a member of the National Association for Athletics Compliance (NAAC) for more than a decade, most recently having served as NAAC President during the 2020-21 academic year. Prior to his arrival at Tennessee, Andrew held a similar leadership role in the athletics department at Marshall University and taught in the school’s undergraduate and graduate sports management programs. He previously served as the Director of Compliance/Education and Communications at LSU.

As Vice President, ASP College, Brittney oversees the on-campus GM program while also developing and delivering innovative opportunities for continued engagement with Altius school partners. Additionally, she focuses on programs serving the needs of the broad and diverse scope of athletics programs navigating the collegiate landscape.

Brittney comes to Altius after serving as Deputy Athletics Director/SWA at the University of Virginia where she was a member of the department’s executive leadership team overseeing external operations, strategic advancement, Title IX, gender equity, and served as sport administrator for four of the Cavaliers’ programs. Prior to UVA, she served as Senior Associate Athletics Director/SWA at Appalachian State University, Director of External Engagement at the University of Missouri, and Special Assistant to the Athletics Director at her alma mater Wright State University. She was a Division I women’s basketball student-athlete that went on to play professionally in Germany. Brittney also currently serves on the Wright State University Board of Trustees. 

As Vice President, ASP College, Celine integrates ASP’s various service offerings by managing the ASP College team’s directors and managers and supporting and training GM Program personnel to ensure effective and comprehensive internal and external communication.

​Prior to Altius, Celine was the Director of Advancement and Engagement at Women Leaders in College Sports, working with sport executives and leading all membership touchpoints, stewardship, and experience. She worked hands-on with member development, connecting members, and enhancing leadership opportunities within Women Leaders. She began her career at Western Illinois University in College Athlete Development and Academics, overseeing football, men’s and women’s basketball, and track and field while assisting all sports. Celine also oversaw both S.A.A.C. and W.E. (Women Empowering), the group for female college athletes.

As Vice President, ASP Brands, Kim oversees Altius’ commercial partnerships on a national level while supporting the GM program efforts in shaping athlete-driven business NIL opportunities.  

Kim comes to Altius after serving as the Director of Athlete Relations for Hall of Fame Resort and Entertainment, the for-profit venture of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, where she oversaw the negotiation and integration of athletes into new media opportunities. Prior to her time with HOF Resort & Entertainment, Kim spent over a decade in the agency space as a marketing agent for professional athletes and talent agent for sports media personalities. With a primary focus on athlete branding, Kim has negotiated sponsorship and endorsement opportunities with local, regional, and national brands. Kim is an Atlanta native and a graduate of The University of Georgia.

Rob has broad experience both inside and outside of college sports, including most recently in the electronic payments space as managing counsel at Fiserv.  Before that, Rob was counsel at Appel & Long LLP, a boutique law firm representing athletic conferences and athletic departments on media and multimedia rights deals.  Rob previously was general counsel for Helios Partners, a sports marketing consulting agency representing Olympic and FIFA World Cup bidders and sponsors.  Rob began his career at Alston & Bird LLP in Atlanta, handling largely white collar criminal matters in its Litigation and Trial Practice group.

As Director, ASP College, for Altius Sports Partners, Carly serves as a day-to-day contact for client relationships, delivering the full client experience and maintaining and growing engagement with clients.

She is a former Division I athlete from Dartmouth College, where she served as team captain for the women’s volleyball team and was named Academic All-Ivy League in 2019. Carly also spent time at the NFLPA working as a Former Player Services intern, with the Orlando Magic as a Legendary Guest Services Representative, and in the Dartmouth Athletics fundraising and external relations departments.

As Director, ASP College, for Altius Sports Partners, Caroline serves as a day-to-day contact for client relationships, delivering the full client experience and maintaining and growing engagement with clients.

Caroline joins Altius from Spotlight Analyst Relations where she was a Client Partner. In this role, she worked hands-on with technology vendors in developing the program strategy, maintaining the day-to-day responsibilities, and fostering the client relationship. She is a former Division I swimmer from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she served as two-time team captain, earned ACC Academic Honor Roll honors, and was named a 12x All-American.

As Director, ASP College, for Altius Sports Partners, Erin serves as a day-to-day contact for client relationships, delivering the full client experience and maintaining and growing engagement with clients. 

Prior to Altius, Erin worked as a Logistics Consultant at Axle Logistics where she managed a portfolio of clients to oversee the full lifecycle of shipments and optimize supply chain efficiencies in various markets. Erin spent most of her career at the University of Tennessee where she served as the Coordinator for Student-Athlete Development. In this role, she supported 500+ student-athletes in the areas of career and professional development, community outreach, personal enhancement, and leadership development while advising the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). Erin is a former Division I women’s soccer student-athlete who competed for Marquette University.

Kyle joins ASP following his previous position as Vice President of Sales with the G League’s Grand Rapids Gold. While with the Gold, Kyle spearheaded the corporate partnerships vertical taking the team from bottom half of the League in revenue to a top five organization. Prior to the Gold, Kyle was selected as one of ten professionals to join the NBA’s prestigious Associate Program where he rotated through various departments including Communications, Content & Media, the G League and Finance. He was then offered a role on the G League Business Operations team to help lead their newly created social responsibility partnership efforts.

Kyle brings ASP clients a strong understanding of revenue generation as well as knowledge of executing local, regional, and national deals while navigating the complexities of such a fluid industry. He looks forward to working closely with ASP client executives, head coaches and student-athletes.

As General Manager for Arizona State University, Rachael leads the overall NIL strategy and day-to-day operations, providing ongoing engagement and support for all stakeholders to maximize NIL opportunities. She also oversees education and support regarding athlete-centered NIL deals, including marketing, personal branding, and content creation strategies.

Prior to joining Altius Sports Partners, Rachael served as General Counsel and NIL Administrator for a nationwide NIL cooperative representing multiple collectives across the B1G, Big 12, and ACC. In that role, she managed and directed all operations surrounding NIL initiatives while working closely with university athletic departments, coaches, and donors to develop specialized programming and engagement opportunities. Rachael has over ten years of experience in higher education through previous roles at the University of Central Florida and as an adjunct professor at Northeastern University, where she taught Sports Law, Title IX, and Risk Management. She is also a licensed attorney in the state of Florida and the District of Columbia.

Lena joined Altius Sports Partners after serving as Deputy Director for Coastal Sports Collective, the official NIL Collective of Coastal Carolina University. In that role, she focused on implementing NIL opportunities for student-athletes, increasing external stakeholder engagement, and strengthening strategic partnerships through collaboration with the university’s Athletic Foundation and Multimedia Rights Partner.

A former professional golfer on the LPGA Symetra Tour, Lena brings valuable insight into personal brand development, public relations, and marketing for athletes. She is also a former NCAA Division I women’s golf athlete and a Hall of Fame inductee at Coastal Carolina University.

As Athlete Marketing Manager for the University of Georgia, Reggie plays a crucial role in educating, empowering, and supporting student-athletes. He guides them through the complexities of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) regulations, connecting them with diverse opportunities to enhance their personal brands and foster long-term success both on and off the field.

Reggie joined Altius Sports Partners from Georgia Tech, where he served as an Academic Advisor for the football, baseball, and track and field teams. In that role, he provided academic advising and mentorship while ensuring athletes met eligibility requirements. Prior to Georgia Tech, Reggie worked with athletic associations at Georgia State University and the University of Tennessee. He holds a master’s degree from Georgia State University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia, where he was a letterwinner on the football team. As a former student-athlete with professional experience and engagement in collegiate athletics, Reggie is an invaluable asset to the University of Georgia Athletics Association.

Scott joined Altius Sports Partners after serving as Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of the Iowa Swarm NIL Collective. Tasked with overseeing day-to-day operations, driving organizational growth plans, and implementing innovative initiatives, Scott played a key role in securing nearly $4 million in contributions during the Swarm’s inaugural year.

His career in collegiate athletics spans over two decades, starting as a successful Division 1 baseball student-athlete. Scott’s journey continued as a multi-championship-winning college baseball coach before transitioning to the role of Director of Athletics Development for the University of Iowa athletics department. In this capacity, he served as a campaign director, successfully securing transformative gifts that enhanced the overall student-athlete experience.

Scott’s leadership ethos centers on cultivating a team culture rooted in humility and selflessness. Drawing from his unique experience and substantial success in college athletics, he stands ready to create a meaningful impact and play a crucial role for Hawkeye athletics during this pivotal moment in college sports.

As Athlete Marketing Manager for Louisiana State University, Katie oversees external stakeholder education and helps athletes capitalize on NIL opportunities.

Previously, Katie was a student intern with LSU Sports Properties, where she worked closely with both the sales and client services teams. In this role, she contributed to the sales cycle, assisting in the development of corporate partnerships for LSU Athletics. Katie has also gained experience as a guest services representative for LSU Athletics and as a partner services intern and promotions crew member for the Frisco RoughRiders.

Alec joined Altius Sports Partners following his role as Director of Sales with the LA Clippers Organization. In that position, he played a key role in developing and maintaining ticket sales processes and techniques for the Clippers’ G-League affiliate, the Ontario Clippers. Alec not only led and developed the ticket sales team but also served as the primary partnership salesman, securing deals with notable companies such as Banc of California, McDonald’s, and Black Angus Steakhouse, among others.

In addition to his sports experience, Alec has worked as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer and a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative. His background as a former athlete provides him with a unique perspective, giving him a distinct advantage in his role with ASP and Loyola Marymount University. Alec’s comfort with both the business and brand side, as well as the athletes’ perspective, positions him for continued success in the industry.

Terése Whitehead joined Altius Sports Partners from the NFL Players Association (NFLPA), where she served as Vice President of Consumer Products and Strategy. With more than 20 years of experience in sports and entertainment, she has a proven track record in licensing, marketing strategy, branding, and athlete relations. During her eight-year tenure with the NFLPA, she orchestrated substantial global licensing revenue growth for the organization’s for-profit arm, managing a portfolio that generated more than $2.75 billion in sales, and fostering collaborations with businesses leveraging the marketing influence of NFL players. Terése was also instrumental in developing customized programs for the benefit of players and partners, extending the NFLPA’s global footprint.

Prior to her tenure at the NFLPA, Terése served as senior vice president of marketing and brand development at Tandem Sports + Entertainment, where she led strategic marketing efforts for numerous NBA, WNBA, and MLB players including Hall of Famers Grant Hill, Ray Allen, Tim Duncan, and Tamika Catchings as well as current Texas Rangers Executive VP and GM, Chris Young. She also has a background in team marketing, having worked in advertising, branding and promotions for the Atlanta Hawks and Atlanta Thrashers. Terése earned her bachelor’s degree from Michigan and is a frequent speaker at sports business conferences and guest lecturer in sports business classes.

As General Manager at Marquette University, Madison leads efforts to support athletes, coaches, and staff in maximizing their NIL opportunities. She oversees the program’s day-to-day operations and spearheads the implementation of athlete-focused NIL education on marketing, personal branding, and content creation strategies.

Prior to joining Altius Sports Partners, Madison served as Assistant Director of Marquette Mentors, a program designed to pair students with mentors to help them transition after Marquette. Before returning to her alma mater, she was the Coordinator for Illini Way Student-Athlete Development at the University of Illinois. While at Illinois, she developed an NIL educational curriculum that leveraged alumni and campus resources, focusing on brand and strategy development, business innovation and entrepreneurship, and financial literacy, while managing strategic partnerships. She also served as an adjunct professor, teaching a class in Sports Public Relations.

Madison earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising from Marquette, where she was a member of the Women’s Soccer team, and later received a Master of Arts in Sports Administration from Ball State University.

Camie joined Altius Sports Partners after serving as Virginia Tech’s Director of Recruiting Operations, where she managed eligibility and admissions for prospective student-athletes. In addition, she coordinated coaches’ travel, football camps, and coaches’ clinics. Prior to her time at Virginia Tech, she was the Director of Player Personnel at Marshall, where she played a key role in assembling the 2022 recruiting class, the highest-rated in Thundering Herd history.

Before her appointment at Marshall, Camie served at Austin Peay from 2019-2020. She initially joined the Governors as Director of On-Campus Recruiting and later added Director of Operations to her responsibilities in 2020. In this expanded role, she led all off-field operations while continuing to manage eligibility and admissions for prospective student-athletes.

A native of Tupelo, Mississippi, Camie worked as a recruiting assistant at Mississippi State in 2018 while completing her master’s degree in Sport Administration, which she earned in 2019.

Her career began at Louisiana State University, where she worked as a student assistant with the football program from 2013 until her graduation in 2017, gaining experience in various capacities.

Mark joined Altius Sports Partners with over 13 years of leadership experience in the sports entertainment and hospitality industry. He gained valuable expertise during his 7-year tenure in the NBA with the Memphis Grizzlies, where he played a key role in establishing and managing the inaugural Night Sales Program, designed for aspiring college juniors and seniors looking to enter the sports industry.

Following his successful time in the NBA, Mark served as General Manager of Ticket Sales and Service at the University of Memphis with IMG/Learfield. Under his leadership, his team quickly became the top revenue generator in ticket sales among Group of 5 institutions.

Mark diversified his career by holding various leadership roles, including Director of Sponsorships with the Memphis Express in the Alliance of American Football, Territorial Business Development Head in hospitality for OYO Hotels, VIP Player Development Executive for Tennessee at DraftKings Sportsbook, and most recently, Director of Commercial Sales and Hospitality for the FedEx St. Jude Championship with the PGA Tour.

Mark returns to the University of Memphis after completing his bachelor’s degree in sport management and obtaining a Master of Business Administration from Emporia State University.

As General Manager for Northwestern University, Brad oversees the overall NIL strategy, education, and awareness of NIL opportunities for Wildcat athletes. He joined Altius Sports Partners after serving as Manager of Business Development at Northwestern Sports Properties, the multimedia rights holder for the university’s athletics department. In that role, he connected brands with Wildcat Athletics and established integrated marketing programs to maximize opportunities for students, alumni, and supporters.

Before his time at Northwestern, Brad was Manager of Corporate Partnerships for the Windy City Bulls, the NBA G League team affiliated with the Chicago Bulls. In that position, he engineered partnership programs for local businesses while collaborating with the Bulls to create assets for NBA partners. He also held sales positions with the Chicago Fire of MLS and the Milwaukee Bucks.

Reed joined Altius Sports Partners from REVELxp. In the role, he managed the hospitality sales for Colorado State, Air Force, and Arizona State. Prior to REVELxp, Reed spent time at Providence College in both marketing and sponsorship sales. In college, Reed played lacrosse at Monmouth University and was a three-time academic all-conference selection. Reed will use his past experiences in college athletics and as a student-athlete while working directly with Rutgers’ student-athletes.

As Partner Services Manager for Altius Sports Partners, Joe is responsible for external stakeholder education and supporting athletes with NIL opportunities at the University of South Carolina.

Joe comes to Altius Sports Partners with extensive experience in client services and sales in the greater Columbia area. He began his career in minor league baseball with the Savannah Sand Gnats as a ticketing manager in 2015, where he oversaw day-to-day operations, and served as the liaison between the team and season ticket holders. The Sand Gnats relocated to Columbia, South Carolina in 2016 and rebranded as the Fireflies. Joe went with the team and helped grow a fanbase to one of the stronger minor league markets in the country. In Columbia, Joe became the director of ticket operations and helped to capture season ticket holders in the emerging market. Working in Columbia for the last several years, Joe comes into the role with extensive knowledge and relationships in the Columbia market.

As NIL General Manager at Southern California, Lyndsey oversees NIL programming and day-to-day operations that will help support athletes, coaches, and staff to maximize NIL opportunities. Additionally, she will lead the implementation of athlete-focused NIL education on marketing, personal branding, and content creation strategies.

Lyndsey joined Altius Sports Partners after serving as NIL coordinator at UCLA. In that role, she recruited more than 200 brands, businesses, donors, alumni, and fans to the school’s NIL marketplace. Prior to UCLA, she served as digital media associate at TOGETHXR. In this role, she directed and constructed docuseries and promotional content surrounding professional athletes, and produced and designed content distributed across all social media platforms. Other stops in her career include serving with the Black Alumni Association of USC, where she collaborated with various alumni and foundations to endorse culture and diversity at the university and managed social media accounts to promote community among black alumni. She is a former NCAA Division 1 National Champion track and field athlete from the University of Southern California.

Lindsey Jones joined Altius Sports Partners from her position as Co-CEO and Head of Marketing at Goal Five, where she led athlete sponsorships, community initiatives, and brand marketing endeavors. Under her stewardship, she built a roster of over 30 engaged, professional athletes and curated partnerships rooted in impact. A former women’s soccer National Finalist and Captain at Notre Dame, Lindsey continued her career playing at the professional level in both the United States and Australia.

With a background encompassing over five years in collegiate athletics, Lindsey has left her mark as both coach and administrator at institutions such as Pitt, Northwestern, Notre Dame, and Cal. Led by her entrepreneurial spirit, she has founded and spearheaded organizations in the Bay Area for the past 15 years and is excited to bring her business and sports marketing expertise to Stanford University.

Mike Parrish joined Altius Sports Partners after serving as Associate Athletics Director for Football at Western Michigan University. He brings twenty years of experience working on campuses at West Virginia University, the University of Michigan, the University of Arizona, and Western Michigan University. Beyond leading day-to-day operations of the football program, Mike coordinated golf outings and camp sponsorships, organized football camps for elementary through high school-aged campers and collaborated with Western Michigan officials to organize and launch Club 66, Bronco football’s specific annual fund program. He has served on the Football Operations National Committee, the College Football Playoff Advisory Committee, and as a mock interview panelist for the Minority Coaches Advancement Association.

Mike is passionate about the impact that intercollegiate athletics can have on athletes and communities. He is excited to continue his current relationships and build new ones with Bronco athletes, coaches, alumni, and the community to increase opportunities for athletes.

Paige joined Altius Sports Partners after working at a sports marketing and entertainment agency in Milwaukee, where she specialized in fostering positive relationships with donors, athletes, community partners, and other stakeholders. Notably, she played a key role in rebranding the social media strategy and strategic plan for the Donald Driver Foundation.

A 2021 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Paige’s commitment to student-athlete development was cultivated over six years with the Wisconsin Football program. Starting as a student assistant, she advanced to the role of Football Student Services Coordinator, where she oversaw the academic support and transition for prospective student-athletes. Through her work, Paige has built strong connections with current NFL players, coaches across the country, and many members of the University and Madison communities.

Paige earned her BA in Community and Nonprofit Leadership, where she discovered the power of relationships in driving success. She is eager to leverage her skills, extensive network of local and national contacts, and passion for helping student-athletes achieve happiness and success in her role with Wisconsin Athletics.

Tyler joined Altius Sports Partners after serving as a Marketing Manager with Trek Bicycle Company where he specialized in partnership activation initiatives, brand development, and marketing strategies for Trek’s nationwide bike share subsidiary, BCycle. During his time with Trek, Tyler established and expanded successful partnerships with universities around the country including the University of Wisconsin, Colorado, and UC Santa Cruz, while also launching a bike share network on Walmart’s corporate campus in Bentonville, Arkansas.

A 2019 Wisconsin graduate, Tyler had the opportunity to work within Wisconsin’s Brand Communications Department as an undergrad, supporting multiple sports including Badger Softball, Women’s Hockey, and Track & Field teams.

Tyler received his BA in Strategic Communications from Wisconsin’s School of Journalism and Mass Communications. He is excited to bring existing relationships and successes from a network of both local and national brands to create more opportunities for Wisconsin’s athletes.
